Reba Rae works towards ensuring our customers are 100% happy and satisfied with their purchase.

- The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging and was not a sale item
- The request is made within 20 days of delivery
- Once your request is approved, your return must be lodged with the post within 20 days of your delivery date.
- If your return is posted more than 20 days after delivery, your Return Authorisation (RMA) will be cancelled and your item will be sent back to you.
- Once your return has been started, you have 5 days to logged the return to Australia Post.
- That you provide proof of purchase, with your name and order number in the parcel.
- Items sold as samples, at a discount, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. This includes all styles in our sale collection. Additionally, any items purchased using a discount code, during a sitewide sale, or as part of our annual sales are cannot be returned.
- Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under Reba Rae warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly.
- Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
