Shipping policy

Reba offers both standard and express postage. All items are shipped through Australia Post.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please expect extended delays over the Christmas/New Years period. Our website will have all relevant information if extended delays apply to your order.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we take no responsibility for your order and any delays/damage that may occur during shipping. Please refer to Australia Post for information on shipping delays.
