You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please expect extended delays over the Christmas/New Years period. Lodge A Return:

• The item is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging and was not a sale item
• The request is made within 20 days of delivery 
• Once your request is approved, your return must be lodged with the post within 20 days of your delivery date.
• If your return is posted more than 20 days after delivery, your Return Authorisation (RMA) will be cancelled and your item will be sent back to you.
• Once your return has been started, you have 5 days to logged the return to Australia Post. 
• That you provide proof of purchase, with your name and order number in the parcel.  
• Items sold as samples, at a discount, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. This includes all styles in our sale collection. Additionally, any items purchased using a discount code, during a sitewide sale, or as part of our annual sales are cannot be returned.
• Items purchased through a third-party retailer will not be covered under Reba Rae  warranty. Please reach out to the company the items was purchased from directly. 
• Free gift, promotional and sample sale pieces are not covered under our six month warranty policy. No refunds, returns for credit notes or exchanges on these styles.
